The meeting of the board of directors held on January 4th of the company proposed 12% bonus share and 8% cash dividend from the profits of the current year 2078/79 for a total of 20% bonus.
After the proposal is approved by Nepal National Bank, the dividend will be passed in the general meeting and distributed to the Shareholder in the coming days.
If we talk about Yash Company's Dividend History, it distributed 28% Bonus Share to its Share Holders from the profit of the financial year and Yash Company has also given 2 Right Shares. And in the coming days, it can be assumed that they will give a good dividend to their share holders..
