In the meeting held on Wednesday, January 11, the board of directors of the organization has announced that it will give 18% bonus and 0.95% cash dividend for tax purposes of 27 crores.
Bonus share equal to 4 crore 86 lakh which will be 18% and dividend equal to 25 lakh 57 thousand 894.74 rupees is going to be given. Dividend will be distributed to the Shareholder after the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank at the next general meeting of the organization.
